Job Responsibility
- To Manage the Project including Progress Control, Quality Control, Variation/Cost Control, Safety Control, Environmental Control, etc.
- Assist in Monitoring and Coordinating of Architectural Works to be completed by Contractors to Facilitate Project Completion.
- Report any Critical and/or Major Issues and Proposing Possible Solutions.
- Liaise and Coordinate with the Team to Resolve Technical and/or Interfacing Issues.
- Monitor, Supervise and Inspect Works.
- Conducting Supervision Responsibilities of Standards of Work in Adherence to Established Benchmark and Time Line.
- Ensuring Complete Documentation of Works Done with Corrective Actions Taken as and When Necessary.
- Monitoring Overall Work Progress while in Strict Compliance to Requirements and Technical Specifications.
- Maintaining On-Site Quality Control and Documentation while Ensuring Discrepancies are Escalated to Relevant Stakeholders for Corrective Action.
- Ensuring Construction Materials are as Specified and in Accordance to Best Practices.
Job Requirements
- Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural or Architectural / Civil & Structural or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years supervision of construction on-site experience.
- Familiarity with Local Building Codes, Regulations, and Architectural Practices.
- Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Critical Thinking Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with the ability to work effectively in a Team Environment.
- Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) and/or Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as Inspector of Works.
