AR Manager (Shared Services Center, APAC)

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Accounts Receivable Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing coaching and guidance to team members in their work.
- Manage and account for the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions, ensuring that end-to-end activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform full spectrum of Billing & Accounts Receivables and Credit Control responsibilities.
- Prepare and ensure that reports as required by stakeholders are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
- Initiate and support process improvement projects.
- Participate and support management's initiatives and reports.
- Manage and perform month-end close activities.
- Monitor and review the ageing of receivables and execute collection procedures.
- Participate in bank and treasury-related matters and reporting activities as required.
- Support statutory and internal audit processes.
- Support corporate income tax, indirect tax (such as GST, VAT, SST) and withholding tax submissions/activities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation and filing and ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control experience in Shared Service Function is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Meticulous and able to process data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Positive work attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable, responsible, accountable, and proactive approach to problem solving.
