The role
At Ben Koi Centre Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced Aquatic Maintenance Specialist (Koi Pond) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our prestigious koi ponds, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our prized koi fish.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform regular pond maintenance including cleaning, water testing, and filter servicing.
2. Monitor fish health and administer treatments when necessary.
3. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of koi ponds, filters, and associated equipment.
4. Monitoring the health of koi and identifying and treating any disease or parasitic issues.
5. Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on koi care and pond management.
6. Advise clients on proper pond care and maintenance.
7. Travel to customer's site to do pond servicing.

What we're looking for

1. No experience needed. As long you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
2. Have passion for Koi fishes.
3. Knowledge of aquatic ecosystems, fish health, and water chemistry.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.
5. Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
6. Valid Malaysia driving license.
7. Willing to travel domestically.
