Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation (MBTI) is part of the software developer team based in Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

We are creating a platform for a Fresh Graduates placement at our Department with the following details:

Task Description

Building up foundation in software development career through on-the-job training:

• On-the-job training and learn latest trend technology stacks that fit to Free Open Source Strategy and Policy.
• On-the-job training and learn on Software Architectures as basis for the Software Realization.
• To familiarize and learn Agile Methodology on how to work in a team.
• To understand the product-orientation mindset/culture.
• To help and assist in some non-core or non-functional assignments/tasks.
• Implementation of product requirements in a software system based on one or more technologies or products.
• Development and consultation of the customer on the requirement of the product.
• Conception and design of system architecture and software components based on customer requirements (product visions).
• Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments (Test automation / CI / CD / blackduck).
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as part of a software development project.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate with Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good CGPA 3.5 and above.
• Good Customer Service Orientation.
• Analytical, passionate and drives technology and product quality.
• Good attitude to learn in the development of individual skillset according to provided training program.
• Result-oriented in thinking and action.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Supports in the development of individual components according to specific technical and IT specifications.
• Masters applied methods, tools and processes.
• Accompanies the creation of comprehensible, technical documentation.

Responsibility and Scope for decision-making:

• Handles various standard tasks.
• Applies known solutions.
• Requests and uses support.

• Front End: Angular, React, VueJS
