We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Application Support Executive to join our Group IT team! In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for our business applications, ensuring smooth operations across accounting, sales, supply chain, farm management, and other systems within QL Group.
What you'll be doing
Provide first-level support for application-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving technical problems reported by users, and assisting users in navigating software applications.
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently within the agreed SLA timeframe.
Collaborate with the team to implement application upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 - 5 years’ experience as an application support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge and experience in supporting ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and have experience in testing, troubleshooting systems support activities etc;
Knowledge and experience in supporting and using MS SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with programming, system integrations, APIs will be an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills (bilingual and fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin will have added advantage as required to liaise with solutions vendor from China).
Willing to be based at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
