Responsibilities

• Provides on-going training and technical support of our Epicor ERP system and in-house developed MES system, and tooling management system.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support department and business needs.
• Performs routine maintenance, patch updates, and day-to-day maintenance work on all ERP and integration platforms.
• Work closely with corporate IT in China to ensure all the IT policies, procedures and standards are in consistence in place.
• Customize and configure Epicor ERP modules to align with the organization's specific business needs.
• Assist with implementing, maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting application systems as assigned.
• Facilitates training of end users and testing of business applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Office 365 services, including Active Directory synchronization, Outlook, SharePoint, and collaborative tools.
• Administer on-premises and cloud-based servers, ensuring secure and efficient operation of virtual machines, networking components, and storage solutions.
• Implement and manage comprehensive backup strategies for servers and databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Provide responsive technical support to end-users via the Helpdesk Ticketing system, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce robust information security policies and practices to safeguard systems, networks, and data.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, implementing preventive measures and conducting security assessments.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber incidents.
• Manage and optimize LANs, WANs, intranets, and extranets to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network resources.

Skills Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable, Minimum 2+ years' experience in ERP support & development area required. Prior consulting experience in ERP implementation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in Systems Analysis & troubleshooting.
• Business Intelligence tool skills, e.g. QlikView is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, including Office 365, servers (on-premises and cloud), and network resources.
• Hands-on experience with server administration, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Technical support experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Active Directory, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization, and network management.
• Understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
