Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

Job Description

1. Ensuring that up-to-date job control language is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.
2. Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues.
3. Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.
4. Monitoring the library to ensure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.
