We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance/Production Support (L3) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in core banking, specifically within the investments and wealth sub-domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our core banking applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for core banking applications, specifically in the investments and wealth domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage and optimize MS-SQL databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ensure seamless integration of core banking applications with other systems.
• Manage applications on open systems and Windows operating systems.
• Utilize ALDON for the automation of software deployment on AS400.
• Implement DevOps practices to automate deployment processes and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes, and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in core banking and investments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and maintenance of applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application maintenance and production support, specifically within the investments and wealth domain.
• Proficient in managing applications on open systems and Windows operating systems.
  
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of ALDON for automation of software deployment on AS400.
• Working experience or knowledge onSilverlake (Loans,Limits, Collaterals,Provisioning etc)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
