Application Specialist - Imaging

Siemens Mobility Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled Application Specialist to help create the future of healthcare.

The successful candidate will increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding application education and support for high-end healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site customer education on Siemens healthcare systems.
• Provide customer consultancy and support for workflow improvements.
• Offer professional application support for customer tickets and escalations.
• Support PLM/CRM process and sales efforts.

Requirements:

A university degree in Radiology, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent disciplines is required, along with at least 3 years of professional clinical experience with a radiography background.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, coaching and mentoring abilities, initiative, result-oriented mindset, quality focus, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Earn an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, while enjoying a flexible work environment with opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
