Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluation studies on newly installed analysers; assist customer in data analysis and report generation for the purpose of instrument validation.
• Plan and execute structured operation/user training.
• Provide clinical and application solutions to external customers as well as the internal teams.
• Perform live demonstrations and presentations such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) to potential and existing customers.
• Maintain a high knowledge of product line in order to deliver excellent customer support services to internal and external customers.
• Work closely within and between departments in order to fasten resolution on difficult problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biomedicine, Diploma in MLT or related discipline.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work exceeding normal working hours when required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel at short notice.
• Preferably a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a hospital-based or healthcare environment.
