Responsibilities

1. Delivers technical expertise for post sales customer satisfaction to installed based customers on Keysight EDA products and services.
2. Participates actively in the post support process from the customer inquiry to the closure.
3. Owns the inquiries technical closure and may closely work with product R&D and QA teams.
4. Is focused during the phase of post sales process including responding to customer’s technical inquiries, providing customer training, and various technical support.
5. May assist in presales as part of the tasks.
6. Responds to customers via phone, portal (web), and email.
7. Ensures our products and/or solutions are functioning properly at the customer site.
8. Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
9. The position requires a strong customer focus, solid communication skills, technical competence, and an ability to adapt to new technologies.
10. To stay on top of your career, you will be provided access to the breadth of Keysight's training with our product development groups, and access to the expertise of other engineers across Keysight.
11. Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal, etc.
12. Researches solutions by replicating customer's issues and proactively works with R&D by providing customer insights, etc.
13. Delivers technical expertise via a remote channel for solution implementation.
14. Qualifies and refers software and services sales opportunities to the right Sales teams.
15. Contributes technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge Base.

Qualifications
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in RF & Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Fields Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
1-3 years of applicable experience as a design engineer, application engineer, or test engineer.
Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the job and ability to work independently.
Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
Self-motivated to investigate and learn Keysight products and the applications they are used in.
Ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
Ability to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
