Responsibilities

This position entails serving as an Application Engineer within the Network Emulation Solutions Team. The Application Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in fostering business growth by primarily focusing on supporting applications for both new and existing solutions targeted at customers in the South East Asia countries, primarily for RF Conformance Test Solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

1. Responsible for integration, validation and implementation of Keysight 5G solutions.
2. Collaborating closely with field engineers and solution engineering team to address customer challenges using in-depth technical knowledge and product expertise.
3. Planning and executing application support for new solutions and enhancements to existing ones.
4. Developing and delivering technical training.
5. Contributing to solution enhancement by managing an effective feedback loop from customers to the solution team.
6. Produce accurate, well-organized, consistent, and highly effective content for new and updated features.
7. Collaborate closely with R&D engineers, subject matter experts, product managers and technical supports in writing and refining HW and SW product documentation.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to align product documentation with other forms of customer-enablement content.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
