APAC Graduate Program-Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development (LEAD)

The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. The program has a comprehensive framework, depending on your chosen field, that covers on-the-job training through sub-functional and cross-functional rotations, stretch assignments and learning and training.

Multiple Openings include:

Malaysia - Commercial, HR, R&D, Sales Graphics

Thailand - Supply Chain

Indonesia - Commercial, Operations

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: as a LEAD Associate

• You will rotate within cross functions.
• Each rotation can vary from 6 to 8 months.
• You will be working on live crucial projects that impact our day-to-day business.
• You will develop your technical, functional, and leadership skills.
• You will have a training curriculum to develop your leadership skills.
• You will be assigned a Mentor.

WHO CAN APPLY?

• 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Degree in any of the following fields: Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Communication, Psychology, Social Sciences, HR.
• You must be able to join us in the 1st week of Aug 2025.

Selection Process:

• SHL Online Assessment.
• 60 mins Interview with Hiring Manager & Human Resources Manager.
• Face to Face Assessment Centre Prep Day in mid June.
• Face to Face Assessment Centre in mid June.
• Onboard in first week of Aug.
