Then come in and join Malaysia team as Angiography Application Specialist to drive Angiography Innovation and Customer Success.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible to deliver comprehensive on-site customer education, covering angiography system operations, upgrades, and optimization.
- You are responsible to provide expert consultation to improve angiography workflow, imaging protocols, and clinical procedures to meet customer needs.
- You are responsible to offer advanced troubleshooting and application support to ensure seamless operation of angiography systems.
- You are responsible to collaborate closely with Sales teams to support product demonstrations and assist in tailoring solutions for specific clinical environments.
- You are responsible to contribute to product management by sharing field feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
- You are responsible to lead initiatives to deepen angiography application knowledge within the organization and among healthcare professionals.
Your qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting, specializing in angiography procedures and applications.
- Extensive technical expertise in angiography systems, including hardware, software, and imaging protocols.
- Diploma/Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Certification as a qualified radiographer or relevant clinical certification is required.
Your attributes and skills:
- Proficiency in adapting to diverse clinical requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster effective learning and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel nationwide, as this position demands extensive on-site support. Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% of working time, including occasional weekends.
