Role Summary:

The role with focus on HR "Operations" ; in the areas of processing Payroll, Time & Attendance and Personal Data Administration. Possess -3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

Job Description You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)
o Transactional backend processing performing data entry into SAP system for employee’s personal details.
o Data entry to be done when there are Employee Movements, e.g. new hires, transfers, terminations and etc.
Time & Attendance (T&A)
o Transactional backend processing of Employee’s leave and Overtime data.
o Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.
Payroll Administration
o Running of payroll via SAP system.
o Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.
Claims Administration
o Perform claims verification day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
o Execute claims posting as per agreed schedule.
·Helpdesk
o Provide 1st Level support to our Business Group Employees contacting Averis HR.
o Helpdesk support is being executed via Email and Phone.
o Support starts from Monday to Fridays and it’s on shift work basis from 8AM to 5.3PM and 1.3AM to 8PM and also on alternate Saturdays; 8AM to 2PM.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
