Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support E&C initiatives and projects such as employee surveys, employee disclosure certifications, risk assessments, program evaluations, awareness campaigns, external certification and Global Code of Conduct revisions.
  • Support customer and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) validated audit (VAP) readiness in Ethics and Management Systems segments, including coordinating relevant responses to the RBA Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), representing E&C in internal RBA audits and VAPs, and implementing closing corrective action plans at identified sites where required.
  • Monitor, respond/redirect to employee questions, requests, and reports.
  • Support the creation, revision and management of E&C policies, guidelines, documents, filing system in Agile+ and other appropriate Company platforms.
  • Assist with new team member onboarding, along with subscription enrolment and access to folders and resources.
  • Assist with vendor engagement and spend.
  • Support periodic updates to the leadership, business units, Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to support projects, reports, and processes as necessary.
  • Assist with E&C training and communications special projects.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

  • Ability to understand, learn, and use new technology and systems.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment.
  • Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to cultural differences.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience in the areas of legal or ethics and compliance operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management systems, or other corporate training programs preferred.
  • Experience working at a global company is preferred.
  • Project management preferred, but not required.

SKILLS

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and customer service skills.
