Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in BBA or any equivalent
• Good Communication skill
• Computer literate: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, Oracle (Order Management & Shipping Module, Agile)
• Excellent leadership
• Independent & able to work with minimum supervision

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create & Book Sales Order, release pick slip for Sub Con shipment – for Shipment or Billing purpose based on online ATS
• Create & Book Sales Order, release pick slip for Intercompany shipment – Coherent SINGAPORE & FINISAR SHANGHAI for shipment or Billing purpose based on online ATS
• Edit SO & Release pick slip for Internal shipment via IR - COHERENT CORP (Fremont/SNY & AOC) for shipment or Billing purpose based on online ATS
• Perform Sales Order Creation (SOC) Request based on workflow request.
• Responsible to carry out efficiently by checking the ATS, PO/IR & Oracle stock status to avoid any discrepancy in Data entry
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure NO delay on physical preparation to support urgent ATS shipment
• Prepare Weekly Report on ATS shipment and billing
• Prepare Weekly Report on IPHFGOTH Inventory to ensure no variance between Oracle System and Physical Inventory
• Perform Cancellation / Reversal Sales Order - Based on requirement from the request
• Prepare Stage Report on a daily basis and publish to all appropriate persons via e-mail to execute shipment in a timely manner.
• Ensure QA Blocking / issue prompt resolution on time. Liaise closely with FG supervisors and respective QA personnel to make sure no outstanding issues are pending for all overdue shipments.
• Involve in Quarter End Activity to ensure all shipment activities go smoothly and support PI Count Activity.
• Raise PR for sub-material (FG used) - based on email and quotation sent by request
• Raise PR for stationary requests
• Perform LOT#/SN# transaction for Cable items
• Assist in Oracle Test Instance whenever Oracle system is upgraded by IT team.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Clean room and Housekeeping guidelines
• Provide support to superior / reporting manager for any new tasks assigned.
