Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Operational Support:

• Assist in daily operational activities related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including incident handling, discovery, scanning, and escalations.
• Learn from and collaborate with senior team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Awareness and Implementation:

• Assist in communicating DLP procedures to users to ensure effective data loss prevention.
• Contribute insights and observations for potential system/process enhancements.
• Support the review of incidents and collaborate with senior team members to provide information for investigations.
• Assist in responding to queries from Business Unit users.

Reporting and Metrics:

• Assist in developing regular reports and metrics on the DLP Managed Service.
• Present findings to management and contribute to discussions on program effectiveness.

Technical Support:

• Collaborate with the DLP infrastructure team and vendor support to address technical issues.
• Contribute technical insights to ongoing DLP-related projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or any related fields is preferable.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience related to IT support/IT Operations and Server Management.
• Knowledge in Data Loss Prevention is a plus.
