We are the leading youth education centre in Penang island. We provide leadership training, tuition, and daycare services to teenagers. Currently, we have 5 branches in Penang island and are continuously expanding.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of managing an education centre
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of teaching/working experience
• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Required Skill(s):
• Team management
• Parent management
• Resource management
• Coaching/counselling skill
• Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates as most of our students are with Mandarin-speaking background
• Responsible, committed and long-term candidates.

What your roles are:

• Lead team to hit branch target;
• Manage a branch (e.g. plan timetable, arrange manpower, collect school fees on time, etc);
• Make sure the daily operation is smooth;
• Improve parents' and students' relationships and attachment;
• Make sure students' character and academic results improve;
• Able to run marketing campaigns independently;
• Able to lead leadership training lessons.

We had a humble beginning in 2009. We started as a secondary school tuition centre in Penang in 2009. At that time, our main focus was on guiding students to score more As’ in their exams. Sooner or later, we found that something was missing. Our students managed to score good grades in their exams but they lacked self-discipline, communication skills and the leadership skills to survive in the real world. Despite knowing that most parents were only interested in scoring good grades, we made a bold move in 2013. We did what we thought to be essential and necessary for youth development. We inserted leadership training elements into our education system.
