Aircon Site Surveyor

We are seeking a Site Surveyor who will play a key role in both conducting on-site surveys and driving sales to grow PRISM+. In this role, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable air conditioning solutions, and provide expert advice on installation requirements. To succeed, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their benefits. The ability to build rapport with diverse customers and establish trust is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys at customer houses, advising on the best possible routing and placement of FCU.
2. Upload all relevant site survey information into the system.
3. Build relationships with customers during site surveys.
4. Ensure all possible issues during installation are promptly recorded into the system.
5. Take videos and photos of the site for team lead reference.
6. Send quotations and inform customers of additional work charges for installation, followed by sending payment links.
7. Advise customers on suitable system configurations.
8. Conduct sales of our air conditioning systems during onsite visits.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be able to communicate fluently with customers.
2. Good understanding of air conditioning systems.
3. Must have a Class 3 / Class 3A driving license.
4. Own transport preferred.
5. Must be able to work on Saturdays.
