Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that address the needs of B2B clients in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI system features. Research and develop cutting-edge AI algorithms and models to enhance PLM processes such as BOM management, product change management, and component search and sourcing. Integrate AI capabilities into existing PLM systems to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and optimize product quality. Analyze and process large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform better decision-making in product development and manufacturing. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and PLM to ensure that solutions are at the forefront of technological advancements. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Contribute to the development of AI-driven PLM solutions that can scale and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Work Experience:

• Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiar with Transformer architecture, and pre-trained models based on the Transformer architecture such as GTP, BERT, etc., and be able to conduct fine-tuning, inference, and other operations.
• Ability to work with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a focus on B2B solutions.
• Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of developing AI solutions for enterprise clients.
