Agency Recruitment Executive (Renowned Insurer) (Welcome Fresh Graduate/ IANG)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist our client’s prestigious insurance company as an Agency Recruitment Executive.

Position Overview:

The Agency Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and activities to attract qualified insurance agents and enhance our agency network. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent networking skills, and a keen eye for identifying potential candidates who align with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified insurance agents for our agency network.
• Identify and evaluate potential sources for talent acquisition, including job boards, social media platforms, industry publications, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure their suitability for the agency position and alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and agency leaders to identify specific skillsets and requirements for each role, and effectively communicate these to potential candidates.
• Build strong relationships with insurance industry professionals, colleges, universities, and other relevant organizations to attract top-quality candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in career fairs, industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives to showcase our company and attract potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, and making job offers.
• Organize formal or casual business events, such as career talks and internship programs, to attract potential candidates and effectively communicate the company's potential and industry prospects.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings within our agency network.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance industry. Fresh Graduate/ IANG are also welcome.
• Knowledge of industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
