Develop and manage the agency business, i.e. sales, agency number and AUM.
Organize and implement all agency related initiatives, activities, programs and campaigns.
Guide, train and coach the agency members.
Track sales and marketing activities of agents in the region.
Ensure at least 4 BOPs/Lifestyle BOPs to be held in the branch every year.
Conduct training sessions including AMLA, CUTE, RRSS / DASH and etc.
Ensure agency members meet the stipulated CPD hours.
Encourage and ensure agency members renew the FIMM license every year.
Communicate to all agents on all agency related matters.
Propose for approval on all matters brought up by agency such as agent promotion, demotion, termination and appointment.
Provide support to the branch admin and support staff in all customer service, operational and administrative matters.
Train and coach agents to pass CUTE exam, achieve and maintain a good passing rate.
Review & Recommend CDD-EDD (for new clients) & CDD-ODD alerts (for existing clients) before alerts being closed in system.
Execute any other duties as and when assigned by RADD/ RADM from time to time.
