Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Aftersales Executive to oversee dealer and branch performance while ensuring smooth operations in line with TC Subaru’s policies. This role is crucial in maintaining high service standards, optimizing revenue, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Monitoring
    • Track dealer/branch service intake and revenue performance via APWeb.
    • Ensure correct and full utilization of APWeb by dealers.
    • Follow up on recall progress at designated dealers.
    • Conduct monthly branch/dealer audits and prepare audit reports.
    • Assist dealers with customer complaints and warranty claims.
    • Ensure sufficient parts and manpower availability.
    • Monitor and track dealer manpower turnover.
  2. Customer & Compliance Management
    • Ensure dealers comply with company standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct quarterly audits and field visits to ensure process adherence.
    • Communicate with dealers on training compliance and improvement plans.
  3. Operational Excellence
    • Track and support dealer renovation/startup progress.
    • Prepare and coordinate for NOW (National Operations Workshop) sessions.
    • Attend monthly dealer meetings and ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in aftersales, service operations, or dealer management.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize dealer performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel for field visits and dealer support.
