Aesthetic Doctor

Bloom Clinic is a newly established, LCP-certified aesthetic clinic registered with the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia, located in PJ Damansara Uptown. Our mission is to provide unique and personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments to our patients. Responsibilities

• Perform professional consultation and advise patients on face, skin, hair and body related aesthetic concerns, followed by recommending personalized aesthetic treatments to achieve patient’s goals.
• Diagnose and identify specific concerns relating to aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare, and wellness aspects.
• Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments such as Botox, Fillers, Thread lift, PRP, lasers, etc.
• Ensure that the treatments provided to patients are safe and effective.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with patients and team members.
• Work as a team with other team members to achieve clinic targets and goals.
• Comply with company's and MOH standard operation and regulations, including company policies and medical protocols.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management team.
• Participate in social media for digital marketing purposes.
• Conduct regular CME or training to nurses and consultants.
• Achieve KPI and sales targets given by management team.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Prior experience in the related field is required; LCP Doctor will be an added advantage.
• Has a special interest in skin, aesthetic, regenerative medicine, and wellness.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant, enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven personality.
• Willingness to accept aesthetic procedures on oneself.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of communicating in English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia.
