AESTHETIC CLINIC ADMIN/FRONT DESK

Alainn Clinic is a Licensed LCP Aesthetic Clinic providing aesthetic and anti-aging treatments. The practice is headed by our Medical Director Dr. Nurul Abdullah. She is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, acquired her Masters Degree in Anti-Aging, Regenerative Medicine and Medical Aesthetics from UCSI, Licensed LCP Holder from Ministry of Health Malaysia, and gained her experience abroad and local. Our patients come from all walks of life, local and foreign.

Your Remuneration

Apart from basic salary (starting from RM2500 onwards depending on your level of experience), you will be entitled to additional income (commissions, incentives, bonus).

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and manage phone calls, emails and inquiries effectively.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments.
4. Handle billing, invoicing, and inventory.
5. Establish and maintain good relationships with patients.
6. Follow-up and monitor patient’s condition post procedure.
7. Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment used.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess relevant certification or experience.
2. Well-groomed with good complexion.
3. Passionate about the Aesthetic industry.
4. Good team player.
