Plan, develop, and execute advertising campaigns to promote the mall’s branding, seasonal events, and tenant promotions.
Maintain and update detailed records of all marketing activities, invoices, and promotional materials.
Organize and oversee events, roadshows, and festive promotions to increase foot traffic and tenant sales.
Provide onsite support during major events, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage the mall's social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and engaging content.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to mall events, promotions, or services.
Collaborate with external vendors to design and install seasonal decorations and other visual merchandising setups.
Work closely with tenants on all A&P related matters.
Gather promotional updates and new arrivals from tenants for inclusion in mall-wide advertising.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in retail marketing, event management, or a similar role is required.
Strong knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and event management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other marketing tools.
