What you will learn/gain experience with

You will have opportunities for cross-national collaboration, as projects may be passed on from colleagues in other regions where we have 13 offices across Asia (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Thailand/Vietnam/China...etc.).

About the role
Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional looking to join a fast-paced and innovative AdTech company? We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Project Manager who is well-versed in both online and offline marketing campaigns. While execution is not required, the candidate should have excellent vendor management and coordination skills to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. The Project Manager will serve as the main communication liaison for major clients and collaborate with external vendors, such as OOH, DOOH, event, and PR partners.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with external vendors, including OOH, DOOH, event organizers, and PR agencies, to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Oversee the planning and execution of online and offline promotional activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all parties meet agreed-upon milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring reliable and high-quality service.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution, proactively providing solutions to ensure success.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project status, performance, and next steps.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in managing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong vendor management skills with a network of reliable external partners.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with OOH, DOOH, event planning, and PR campaign management is essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
