• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Work on both digital and traditional marketing methods (e.g., social media, events, print ads).
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, new product launches, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
• Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget for promotional activities.
• Coordinate with chefs, product development, and other departments to ensure promotions align with product offerings.
• Work with external vendors, such as printers, event organizers, and influencers, to execute promotional activities.
• Organize and manage events such as food tastings, launches, or trade shows to promote products and engage with customers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and activities and provide regular reports on campaign success, sales impact, and ROI.
• Any other assignment as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising Communications, or Hospitality Management (with a focus on marketing).
• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or promotion, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Experience with campaign management, event promotion, or digital marketing in F&B settings.
• Creativity in compelling advertisements and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and ethical advertising practices.
• Flexibility to work on campaigns during evenings or weekends (especially for events or product launches).
• Networking skills to collaborate with media outlets, influencers, and event organizers.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
