Adult Education Adviser

The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH), is a leading education institute for psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy training in Europe and Asia. We are looking for experienced and mature education advisers to help our adult learners make important choices. You will work primarily with international customers (UK, Australia & Singapore) and receive training for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to enquiries about our courses by phone and email
• Guide potential students through the process and register them onto our courses.
• Talk to our existing adult learners and help them progress to advanced programmes
• Build relationships with adult learners and provide support and customer service
• Leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into course registrations.

The Right Candidate

• Mature, used to working with adults and has a positive attitude
• Great command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent negotiator and loves working towards a goal
• Prior experience in telesales or customer services
• Degree or equivalent preferably in a related field
