Job description

You’ll be part of our Office Operations team at Deriv.com. We manage hiring, onboarding, compensation, rewards, performance, learning, career planning processes, and administrative operations for the company. We are the liaison between staff and management, and we help create the perfect working environment, from addressing staff concerns to maintaining staff morale. We take a strategic and comprehensive approach to managing our staff and workplace culture.

As an Administrative and Operations Executive at Deriv.com, you’ll be responsible for keeping our office running in an efficient, organised way. Your confidence and strong sense of responsibility enables you to complete tasks without prompting. Your skills in time management and strategic planning enables you to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Your challenges

  1. Make seamless operations possible by managing vendors, organising employee inter-office trips, and planning team building events.
  2. Ensure employee productivity and reliability by monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
  3. Manage communication with external departments, as well as with other Deriv Group offices.
  4. Create a productive work environment for all employees to accommodate the growth of our team in diversity and size.
  5. Come up with resourceful plans to streamline our increasingly complex operations as the company expands.
Requirements

  1. Diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Ability to quickly master new systems and procedures.
  4. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
