Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  2. Perform data entry.
  3. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  4. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  5. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers.
  7. Maintain office supplies for department.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least SPM.
  2. Able to communicate in English at an average level.
  3. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  6. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
  7. Looking for a stable and permanent job.
