Responsibilities:
- Building rapport and developing productive relationships with industry partners on matters of strategic importance to the organization
- Collaborating with industry partners in support of enhancing INTI's employer reputation and visibility
- Working with other Career Services units to support various initiatives and administrative areas that may be assisted by its expertise
- Identify and communicate with industry partners based on the criteria for QS nomination
- Support the Head of Unit for Global Ranking – Employer Reputation in coordination for yearly QS industry partners nomination submission
- Coordinate the event/activities with employers that would support QS ranking
- Contact past nominated employers to remind them on QS survey
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Serves as the organisation’s agent for surveys of external employer contacts gathered
- Establish the employers’ contacts database based on the Information obtained from various inputs
- Facilitate communications and coordinate activities with the employer contacts with faculties as well as other units under Career Services Department
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Administration or equivalent discipline
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft office
