Job description
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize business development records, contracts, and agreements.
  • Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handling telephone inquiries, attending to walk-in vendors, visitors, and customers, etc.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business development activities.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on action items from business meetings and ensure timely execution.

Project & Event Management:

  • Only when applicable
  • Support the team in organizing conferences, business events, and industry networking activities.
  • Assist in tracking key business development projects and maintaining progress reports.

Data & Market Research:

  • Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
  • Maintain an organized database of clients, investors, and business contacts.
  • Assist in processing invoices, claims, commission payout documents, and budget tracking for the Business Development department.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor management and purchases related to business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

Qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, diplomatic and discreet.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Experiences:

  • Essential – Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
