Administrative Cum Human Resource Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Cum Human Resource Executive to join our team at Land Environmental (M) Sdn Bhd, a branch of Shenzhen Water Gas Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd, in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and HR functions of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases and records.
• Handling human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and coordinating training programs.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting various projects and initiatives as required.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
