Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Bayan Lepas. The Administrative Clerk will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, providing administrative assistance, and supporting executive administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing clerical functions, maintaining organized files, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is advantageous
  • MUST ABLE to communicate in CHINESE
