Overview

The Administration Manager is to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Chief Sustainability Officer. This includes calendar management, travel management, administrative tasks such as managing correspondences and organizing filing systems, as well as providing other administrative support to Heads of Departments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Calendar Management
    Manage complex scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  2. Travel Arrangement
    Book, manage, and coordinate itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  3. Administrative Tasks
    Maintain general upkeep of the office, manage correspondence of emails, letters, and documents.
    Handle incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
    Review incoming documents, ensuring proper process and workflow are executed accordingly.
    Prepare presentations, reports, and maintain organized filing systems.
    Run errands and handle personal tasks as required.
  4. Project Management Support
    Prepare meeting materials including presentation slides for various Sustainability meetings.
    Communicate with departments and initiate research to provide quality materials and ensure HODs are briefed in advance of meetings.
    Provide additional support where necessary.
