We are an international trading exchange platform headquartered in Singapore. Our backend support office at Mont Kiara is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
Support our global online sales and day-to-day operations.
Order processing and coordination between customers, logistics, and warehouse for timely delivery.
Weekly sales analysis and customer analytics reports compilation.
Administer a structured filing system.
Qualifications
Candidate may hold a Diploma, though not compulsory.
Must be proficient in Excel with an aptitude for numerical calculations.
Clerical/Administrative Support/Fresh graduates/Retirees are welcome.
Full-Time office based.
Have a good command of English, with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and yet be a team player.
High level of integrity and discretion.
Able to work in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
