Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)

  • Manage and maintain office documents and records
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and orders
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Handle correspondence and communications
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment

Qualifications:

  • Age: 18-35
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good command of English, with basic knowledge of [other relevant languages, if necessary]
  • A proactive and responsible attitude
  • Experience is not required; training will be provided
  • Must have own transportation
