Assist in hiring, attrition, new hires onboarding, and related matters.
Follow up on mandatory training and general submissions such as awards, HAT, and generic guidelines for the group.
Handle discretionary spending orders, trackers, and guidelines.
Manage meeting-related logistics, including agendas, meeting rooms, venues, and vendors.
Assist leaders with calendar management and ad-hoc requests.
Ensure cubicle and office safety, and assist with office moves.
Compose simple articles and reports, and prepare/edit basic presentations.
Requires good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and basic presentation or database applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook calendar, and Microsoft applications will be an added advantage.
