KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Business Partnering – Implement corporate initiatives and execute HR policies, provide advice, consultation, and recommendations to employees on a full spectrum of HR functions.
- Talent Acquisition – Provide hiring information to Finance to obtain headcount approvals and prepare offer letters and manage on-boarding logistics.
- Compensation & Benefits – Review and manage annual group insurance renewal and benefits administration, proactive to understand any regulatory and legislative changes ahead which may affect compensation or benefits strategies.
- HR Operations – Process monthly payroll, and work with Finance and Regional HR for payroll approvals, ensure timely statutory filings, manage medical claim process, expatriate relocations, taxation payments, and handle ad hoc HR projects.
- Office Administration Management – Work with MD to develop, implement, and execute office policies and procedures for purchasing, leasing, and maintaining of office supplies, coordinate office and equipment maintenance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience of which 4-5 years in HR management role in MNC professional services companies.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in HR management or related degree.
- Strong knowledge of local statutory, employment, and taxation requirements.
- Mature professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is able to work in a challenging environment with utmost confidentiality and trust.
- Hands-on and proactive, detail-oriented and quality-driven, and a good team player.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in verbal English and good written skills.
