Administration Executive Cum Personal Assistant (PA)

Manage the COO’s schedules and daily work tasks.

Responsible for document preparation, including various reports, presentations, action lists etc.

Manage and coordinate information / document transfers between departments and factories.

Plan and manage all travel itineraries for international and domestic business trips, including booking air tickets, arranging hotel accommodations, handling visa applications etc.

Able to travel outstation (local and abroad) as and when required (10%).

Marketing:

Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), creating engaging content, and scheduling posts.

Coordinate company event and management activities.

Assist in organizing of all company guests in official capacity as and when required.

Promote and attend special events and functions; promote and report on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.

Arrange for photography and/or press coverage for special events.

Others:

Sustainability: conduct, coordinate, participate and follow up on company ESG/Sustainability related tasks.

Human Resources: assist in the day-to-day tasks of the HR department.

Assist the Chief Operating Officer in ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Highly organized, meticulous, collaborative and possess great attitude.

Understand the need for strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point). Knowledge of Desktop Publishing software and AI software is highly appreciated.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Liberal Arts or other related fields.

3 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Candidates with lower educational level but with great related experience can also be considered.
