Administration Assistants (Location: Petaling Jaya and Skudai)

We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Administration Clerk to support our Audit and Tax departments (PJ office) and Corporate Support department (Skudai office).

So what is your role about?

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email.
• Handle all admin duties pertaining to the department.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field for the above positions.
• Committed, responsible and pay attention to detail work.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but 1 year of working experience will be an added advantage.
