Job description

Responsibilities

  1. To assist Executives in daily administrative related duties such as processing customer's orders.
  2. To prepare documents, invoices, reports, filing, and key in data.
  3. To assist in providing excellent customer service.
  4. To attend to telephone inquiries.
  5. Collecting payment & invoicing.
  6. Compiling data and summarizing reports to be submitted to HQ.
  7. Data entry and data updating.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Administrative or equivalent.
  2. Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, multitasking, and good interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  4. Proactive with a sense of urgency.
  5. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
