Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Update and close service orders in ERP accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Verify service vendors' supplier invoices and pass them to the manager for approval in a timely manner.
  3. Schedule and follow up with external service vendors for repair and service.
  4. Monitor job progress and keep operations informed of any delays or changes.
  5. Identify abnormal repairs and parts replacement; determine if investigations or warranty claims are necessary.
  6. Monitor new vehicle warranty service applications.
  7. Liaise with operations for preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
  8. Perform any tasks assigned by higher management.
