Job Description

Candidate must possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial-studies,Business studies, or equivalent.
Possess at least 6 years’ relevant working experience.
Aged 30 years and above
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Expected to be able to travel whenever required.
Resourceful and professional in handling matters with the strictest confidentiality.
May at times have to perform duties during weekends or public holidays.

Job Description: Assist in managing day-to-day admin functions but not limited to

Upkeep of Wisma Samling building, office equipment, company vehicles, furniture & fittings, office stationaries and other consumable items.
To handle travel arrangement, coordinate meetings, arrange luncheon / dinner session, whenever required.
Coordinate and organize for company event such as Annual Dinner, carnival, celebration etc
Prepare and analyze Admin budget and costing for management review and for budget preparation for Administration Department
To review and approve Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for the purchases of Office Stationaries, sundries item, project vehicles’ repair & maintenance service request.
Monitors application and renewal of Trading License, Manufacturing License, road tax, vehicle license/permit, and other contracts or statutory document.
To keep track on company vehicles’ accident and /or insurance claims request/frequency, and monitor submission of required documents for insurance claim purposes.
Ensure Company vehicles are well maintained and with proper records kept including, JPJ, Puspakom, LPKP permit & summons, etc
To liaise with other Head of department to review and establish office rules and policy from time to time
Coordinate with contractor whenever required pertaining to work.
Prepare & analyze monthly shell card usage and circulate info to relevant parties
Ensure telecommunication & other necessary services are available and in orderly manner.
Oversee Security department functions and personnel matter
Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
