Job description

Job Responsibility

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, machinery, equipment from both local and oversea suppliers. To ensure competitive market pricing is obtained.

KPI: Cost saving; To deal directly with principal suppliers.

To identify, research and evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, best prices & reliability of supply and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

Responsible in general admin tasks.

Job Requirements

Working Location: Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor (near to Kajang, Sg Long & Seri Kembangan)

Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in Purchasing / Procurement or related field is required for this position.

Familiar with SQL inventory software, good in MS excel and MS word.

Good command of English and preferably can converse in Mandarin.

Knowing How To Speak Mandarin Is An Additional Advantage.
