ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Manage all matters pertaining to commercial activities at the airport.
• Ensure smooth operation of commercial activities at the airport.
• Compile and evaluate all business proposals and prepare summary reports for approvals.
• Ensure successful implementation of Business Plan and Strategies at airport level.
• Monitor all commercial activities at the airport and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maximize and optimize commercial areas for maximum return.
• Prepare Monthly Reports on Sales and Occupancy Rate for in-depth analysis by Commercial HQ.
• Update and report the Monthly Credit Control Report (MCCR) to Commercial HQ.
• Prepare draft commercial budget for further evaluation and challenge at higher levels.
• Liaison Officer for Commercial Services Division at airport level, maintaining close coordination with Commercial Services and other divisions on all commercial-related issues.
• Attend to partners’ complaints and feedback.
• Achieve timely inputs of Flexi RE Modules under the SAP applications including Billing, Sales Reports, Utility Charges, and Operational Rating Compliance.
• Maintain all files, documents, and records of all compliances.
• Carry out directives given by Commercial HQ and Airport Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Commercial HQ and Airport Manager.
