Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist the Duty Operation Executive in the inspection and monitoring of the Landside and Car Park operations to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations and compliance with all related regulations.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Ensure all Landside area (including Airport Access Road) and Car Park facilities/equipment are operational at all times.
• Ensure all charges are paid promptly and cash management are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of landside and Car Park operations.
• Monitor and prepare report on landscaping contractor’s performance and activities.
• Inspect and enforce cleanliness and orderliness at curbside and Car Park area.
• Inspect and ensure markings, signs and other related facilities are visible and functional at all times.
• Coordinate with other relevant Agencies and Terminal Operations during VIP/VVIP movements and emergency situations.
• Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately.
• Assist Enforcement Officer on illegal parking such as a clamping exercise.
• Conduct Security and surveillance patrolling.
• Record daily activities, filling record, key-in annual/medical leave in the most systematic manner.
• Assist Duty Executive in ensuring Landside and Car Park operations in compliance with QMS, SHE and other Legal requirements.
• Assist Duty Executive in preparing annual budget exercise.
• Assist operation team as and when needed.
• Carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
• Ensure highest standards of operations and cleanliness, in meeting customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and other relevant documents.
• Proactively handle and resolve all customers' complaints.
• Coordinate with other units to ensure all facilities provided are in good working condition.

Skills

• Possess basic knowledge on Airport Operations Management.

Relevant Industries

Preferable diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

Education

Diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering/Management/Transportation.
