Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Understanding and Operate YARDI & Jomsoft.
  2. Understanding and Operate Clocking/Patrolling System & Servedeck.
  3. Understanding Management Work such as E-PR, Filing, Documentation and etc.
  4. Creating work order via E-PR or manual bypass work order as required.
  5. Generating Preventive Maintenance as schedule and submit to superior for assignment.
  6. Review and revise stock holding as per system against actual.
  7. Receive, acknowledge and archive/filing an quotation via fax, email or by hand.
  8. Generating staff overtime record to finance and management.
  9. Delivering letter, bill and invoices to relevant party i.e. tenants.
  10. Schedule work of daily, weekly, monthly or yearly checklist in cooperation with other party, technician, contractor and tenants.
  11. Monthly generate report for staff attendance and as require from Finger Tec System.
  12. Generate and filing clocking/patrolling report and furnish when require.
  13. Follow up on the PR after submission to Procurement.
  14. Renewal on Government Certificate Authority i.e. JKKP, Borang B, BOMBA Certificate and etc.
  15. Ensure Monthly Roster must submit to management on time.

Job Competence Profile:

  1. At least 1-2 years working experience in administrative or office management.
  2. Familiar with YARDI, Servedeck system and Microsoft (Outlook, Words & Excel).
  3. Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Customer service oriented and good personal skill.
  5. Strong organizational, multi tasking and time management skills.
